iCEnhanced Brigade screenshots (2)

Another set of stunning screenshots made by iCELaGlace using OTOY's Brigade engine. The scene is Stonemason's Backstreets. Seeing this stuff running in real-time is utterly amazing. We have a dynamic character in there as well, but that's something for another post :)

More to follow soon...

Love to see a video of that, something with no compression artifact :)

Are we sure that these are "real-time"? How long have the images had to converge? In other words, if you were to play at this IQ, what would be the FPS? Seems considerably less noisy than prior demonstrations just weeks ago.. I thought that this level of realism was at least 5-10 years off.

The term "real-time" is complicated by the fact that they plan to run this on their gpu clusters. So maybe it's not real time on a pair of GPUs, but real time on their clusters.
(I maybe wrong about the "gpu clusters" that OTOY use. I remember reading that somewhere).

Is the chroma ab, lens distortion, & lens flare implemented as a real time shader effect, or are they post?
